Nothing but good things to say which is surprising for an auto shop. I was calling them to see if they had a specific tire (Michelin Defender) in stock for my 15 Dart. Diana said they did have them in stock but suggested the General Altimax RT43 because it is comparable with the Defender at a much better price. My boyfriend wasn’t to happy at first he was adamant about the Defenders. (Men know best right, haha) I decided to get the Altimax tires. She knew the tires well not just because it is her job but she also has them on her car. When she called to inform me about the alignment, I thought she was just trying to up sell me, I declined because I didn’t think I needed one. They tested my alignment for FREE and the results were troubling, I came back the next day to get the alignment and they still gave me the discount price. She, Steve and the other gentleman that helped me in the 2 visits in 24 hours. They were honest, knowledgeable and didn’t beat around the Bush. They treated me like family. I was able to get 4 great brand new tires, a synthetic oil change, 15 point inspection, and an alignment for less than it would have cost for just 4 of the Michelin Defender tires installed. I will be referring everyone to them and returning to them as needed. (Considering the boyfriend is an Uber driver, he is very happy with the tires, service and cost of everything). WIN!!

Excellent Mechanic and I trust them which is rare these days. They are professional and honest. Cannot ask for better. They also provided me with a loaner during a larger repair on our van.

Frank and his crew are true professionals. I’ve had many years of great service from them. They’ve always been up front with any issues and explain what should be done immediately and what can wait without ever making me feel pressured to use their services.

Excellent customer service, clear communication, no unnecessary pushing of extra work to be done. In the past I have always taken my car to the dealer and so I was a bit skeptical. But pleasantly surprised at the work quality and price. Explained everything and kept me in the loop all along.
