Excellent customer service, clear communication, no unnecessary pushing of extra work to be done. In the past I have always taken my car to the dealer and so I was a bit skeptical. Nothing but good things to say which is surprising for an auto shop. I was calling them to see if they had a specific tire (Michelin Defender) in stock for my 15 Dart. Diana said they did have them in stock but suggested the General Altimax RT43 because it is comparable with the Defender at a much better price. My boyfriend wasn’t to happy at first he was adamant about the Defenders. (Men know best right, haha) I decided to get the Altimax tires. She knew the tires well not just because it is her job but she also has them on her car. When she called to inform me about the alignment, I thought she was just trying to up sell me, I declined because I didn’t think I needed one. They tested my alignment for FREE and the results were troubling, I came back the next day to get the alignment and they still gave me the discount price. She, Steve and the other gentleman that helped me in the 2 visits in 24 hours. They were honest, knowledgeable and didn’t beat around the Bush. They treated me like family. I was able to get 4 great brand new tires, a synthetic oil change, 15 point inspection, and an alignment for less than it would have cost for just 4 of the Michelin Defender tires installed. I will be referring everyone to them and returning to them as needed. (Considering the boyfriend is an Uber driver, he is very happy with the tires, service and cost of everything). WIN!!read more

My first time going to Farnsworth Auto Plus and Tire a couple of weeks ago. My Chevy Equinox was not acting right and after speaking with the dealer and reading reviews on several shops in Aurora, this one stood out the best. The best decision I have made in a long time. I had to have extensive work done to my car and costly. Frank & Steve explained everything in detail throughout the whole process. I felt very comfortable and was treated like family. They would call me every time something needed to be done and gave me the price. By the way, their prices are very competitive. Since it was around Thanksgiving Holiday it took a week for my car to be finished. They gave me a loaner so i was not without a car or had to come out of pocket to rent one. They even had me come in a week later to make sure that everything was running properly. They checked, double checked and triple checked!! I’ve never experienced this type of service before. I loved it! I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. They have made an imprint and have gained a lifetime customer. Thank you for everything 10 times over Steve & Frank!!!read more

I was a walk in and Steve and Diane took care of my Lexus right away. I liked the fact nothing was done before giving me exact prices and taking the time to explain my options. -Good customer service-They don’t force you to fix things if you don’t feel like doing it at the time -They don’t automatically fix things without your consent -Company goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is properly fixed-Quality of work is pretty darn good-Prices are reasonable Don’t live around the area anymore, but they’re by far one of my favorite auto places I’ve been to. It’ll be difficult finding a place that isn’t out to rob all your money.read more
